PMR Makes History Once Again: Becoming the First Converter Processor to Get ISO Accredited

PMR Makes History Once Again

At PMR, we work tirelessly to offer the most comprehensive services and processes to our suppliers. We know how important your assay results are to your success. That's why we're dedicated to maintaining high-quality management systems in our laboratory.

It’s because of this dedication that we recently became the first converter processor to obtain an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation, cementing our position as trailblazers and innovators. To learn more about what it means to have an ISO-accredited processor, watch our video below or keep reading.

What is An ISO Accreditation?

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the largest developer and publisher of standards in the world. These standards encourage efficiency, sustainability, and the use of best practices for a wide range of products or services. These standards help reduce product failures, workplace accidents, and organizational waste.

PMR obtained its ISO accreditation from the 17025 program in 2022. ISO 17025 is a quality management norm for testing laboratories which holds laboratory operators to the highest of standards. This shows that we operate effectively and that we provide the best results to all our suppliers.

For PMR, having an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation means that we’ve established our credibility in the industry. It means constantly doing more and pushing ourselves to further help our suppliers succeed and their businesses to stand out.
