EXPERIENCE YOU WILL DEVELOP:

Maintenance:

• Develop and implement new standardized work procedures
• Calculate and analyze standard work times for preventive maintenance
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in various R&D projects (merge station, auto sampler, dust shaker)
• Review and update maintenance work instructions in our MMS
• Establish standardized processes for the maintenance storeroom, including Kanban systems

Production:

• Analyze production flows using tools such as spaghetti diagrams and value stream mapping (VSM)
• Lead Kaizen activities in collaboration with key departments

YOU’RE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• You are currently pursuing or have completed studies in manufacturing engineering or a related field
• You are bilingual (French and English)
• You have an interest in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization
• You are analytical, organized, and proactive
• You enjoy working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with different teams
