Automation, Digital Integration, and IIoT Manager

With us, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the integration of IT/OT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, databases)
• Manage IIoT infrastructures (sensors, gateways, MQTT brokers, etc.)
• Oversee communication between PLCs, equipment, and central systems
• Design, deploy, and maintain industrial data collection architectures
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine-system communication
• Contribute to the automation of digital processes
• Collaborate with IT, production, operations, and engineering teams
• Write technical documentation and support procedures
• Contribute to the company’s digital transformation

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s or college diploma in industrial computing, software engineering, automation, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in industrial integration or digital automation
• Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, etc.)
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SCADA, MES
• Programming skills (Python, Ruby, SQL, REST API)
• Experience with databases
• Ability to diagnose complex hardware/software issues
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
