We are looking for a highly dynamic and motivated candidate for the role of Supplier Services Specialist at our head office located in Boisbriand! In this role, you will work directly with existing suppliers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they have an active account with us.

Our Head Office is located in Boisbriand; this position requires you to work in office.

• $60,000 - $70,000 (per year, paid weekly), based on experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing suppliers
• Review records of purchased goods, delivery information & invoices
• Investigate, uncover and solve problems impacting client retention
• Investigate, uncover, and solve important problems impacting client retention
• Adherence to all company policies outlined in the Supplier Services Handbook
• Attend Tradeshows across US and Canada and/or industry related events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role
• Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – French/English essential, Spanish is an asset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
