Industrial Mechanic

Become an essential part of our operations by operating our machinery and equipment. We are looking for a mechanic to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and the repair of our equipment.

• Permanent position, schedule from 7 am to 3:15 pm
• Salary between 26 and 31$/h (paid weekly), according to acquired skills and experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair, maintain, and verify machines
• Schedule and perform preventative and routine maintenance for each piece of equipment
• Provide support for emergency repairs on various types of machinery
• Identify and replace worn or damaged parts
• Comply with the safety rules in force

QUALIFICATIONS

• DEP in Industrial Mechanics (asset) or any other training or experience deemed relevant will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics
• The ability to work in a team
• Ability to learn quickly
• Have good organizational methods
• Have a good sense of analysis
• Excellent problem solving skills
