ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform payment of supplier accounts
• Seize credit card accounts
• Carry out the month-end process, including:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Government tax remittances/claims
  • Analyzes of General Ledger accounts
• Participate in the year-end process with the external auditors
• Plan the needs and purchases of office equipment
• Participate in various administrative tasks (filing, mailings, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds an AEC, DEP, or DEC in accounting
• Has at least one year of experience in a similar position
• Is comfortable with Sage 300 (an asset)
• Has strong communication skills
• Has a basic understanding of Excel
• Demonstrates curiosity
• Demonstrates versatility
• Communicates easily in French and is comfortable in English
